2.2 Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

By purchasing and downloading (or accessing) my digital content, you expressly agree and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download process or online access has begun. I provide a clear consent mechanism during checkout, informing you of the immediate commencement of the digital download or access and the consequent waiver of your right to withdraw.

2.3 Exceptions / Technical Defects

The waiver of the withdrawal right does not affect your statutory rights in cases where the digital product is defective or fails to perform as advertised. If you encounter technical or quality issues with the download or the access link, please contact me immediately. I will resolve the issue promptly by providing a working download or alternative access and, if the problem cannot be resolved, I will offer a refund in accordance with German and EU consumer protection law.

3. Refunds

I offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Technical Failure on My Side
If you are unable to access or use the product due to a verified technical issue from my side (e.g., broken link, corrupted file, or server error), I will first attempt to remedy the issue. If I am unable to resolve the problem in a timely manner, I will issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.
Defective Product
Should the downloaded product be defective, incomplete, or not as described, please let me know immediately. I will investigate and, if necessary, replace or repair the digital content. If the defect cannot be resolved, a refund may be granted in line with statutory requirements.

Note: Except where mandated by law (e.g., technical defects or my fault), no refunds will be issued once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
