My name is Laura Beck, and I present my favourite city, Tübingen, in seven languages (English, German, Italian, Spanish, Romanian, Hungarian and French).

I was born in Transylvania (Romania) and I chose Tübingen as my Home town 25 years ago.
My love for languages and cultures led me to Tübingen, where I studied English Literature and Romance languages. I had the chance to experience exciting opportunities such as being an exchange student at the California State University in Sacramento and working for the Romanian Embassy in Washington, D.C.
Tübingen though, with its unique atmosphere and picturesque landscape had been enchanting me from the first day I have discovered it. It is my pleasure to present this marvellous town to all our guests whose language I speak.
